For greater flexibility, its 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.2V~5.5V.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.You mount it with Surface Mount.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 5V.In the maximum case, the output current can be 2.7A volts.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 30V.
