MAX16004BTP+ Overview
As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 20 in total. A Tube package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 6 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage.
