MAX16021PTET+ Overview
A total of 16 terminals are used to mount this power management. Tube-packaging is used. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 225. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts.
