MAX16021PTEW+ Overview
This power management consists of 16 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in a Tube-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to power management for 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 225 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Surface Mount mounts IC management. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. Power managment ic pin count is 16. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.53V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
