MAX16046ETN+CK9 Overview


It is mounted through 56 terminals on the power management. A Tube package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other System Manager manage ics. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at NOT SPECIFIED. IC management conducts in a 3.3V-voltage supply.
