MAX1605EUT#TG16 Overview


As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-6 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz. Regulator 2.4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.4V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 350mA Switch. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
