MAX16060ATE+T Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this PMIC includes 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 4. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. Pin count of the power management is 16. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C degrees. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. You can always use MAX16060, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
