MAX16072RS16D2+T Overview
There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products.
