MAX16073RS28D1+T Overview
There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please find attached 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1.2V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C degrees. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
