MAX16074RS23D3+T Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount mounts IC management. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power managment ic pin count is 4. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.2V for this power management. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage.
