MAX16074RS24D1+T Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. IC management is packaged as a 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. This power management has 4 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.2V.
