Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts.
