Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-23-8 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED is specified for the package. IC management conducts in a 3-voltage supply. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
