MAX16993AGJI/VY+ Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 3 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Programmable) output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2.1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.5V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. As a member of the MAX16993 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. A voltage of 3.95V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator.
