MAX16998AAUA/V+T Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Watchdog Circuit manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow.
