MAX17223ELT+T Overview


As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-WDFN package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. 2.5MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1.8V. The output current of 500mA Switch makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. As a result of the NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. In the particular voltage regulators, the MAX17223 family is represented.
