It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-XFBGA, WLPBGA package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator.
