MAX1980ETP+ Overview


In the 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. A 4.5V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~100°C TA. It can switch at 200kHz 300kHz 550kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Current Limit, On Time Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. 20 terminations with a variety of function. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 5V. This dc dc voltage regulator should be powered by a voltage of 4.5V. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 5.5V input voltage.
