MAX1980ETP+ Overview
In the 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. A 4.5V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~100°C TA. It can switch at 200kHz 300kHz 550kHz.
