MAX1993ETG+ Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~5.5V. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz 300kHz 450kHz 600kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, On Time Control, Power Good, Pulse Skipping, Saturation provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control.
