MAX202ICSE Overview
16 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 16 pins are set with the electric part. To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 4.5V is a must. Logical driver features EXTERNAL CHARGE PUMP to better serve the need. The high limit of ambient temperature for transceiver is 70°C. Buffer IC can be categorized in the LINE DRIVER interface IC. This buffer driver has 2 bits capability.
