MAX3280EAUK+ Overview
Logical driver uses a neat SOT-23 package. 5 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 5 pins are set with the electric part. Logical driver has 5 pins. To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must. The bottom temp to go with the electronic parts should be -40°C.
