MAX397EPI Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 28-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm). This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 8:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there are 28 terminations. A 8 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 5V voltage supply. 28 pins are injected to the electronic part body. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. Use MAX397 to search for variants of the digital switches. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 100Ohm. Datasheets for 28 pin functions are available upon request. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 16V.
