MAX397EWI Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 8:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. Totally, there are 28 terminations. A electrical component with 8 channels is capable of high-quality output. In the case of a voltage supply of 5V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. A key feature of the 28 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. A 2 circuit is present in this switch device. Search with MAX397 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. There is 100Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Please refer to the datasheets for 28 pins functions. Users shouldn't supply more than 16V voltage to the switch device. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2.7V. For this multiplexer to operate, 1μA current would be sufficient. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 8V. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 3V. Operating voltages of 15V are compatible with the electrical part.
