Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 case. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. A total of 6 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks.
