MAX4640ESD+T Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Totally, there are 14 terminations. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 3V voltage supply. A total of 14 pins are injected into the electrical part body. A SPST - NO/NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with MAX4640. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 70Ohm. normally, users should not supply switches with voltages higher than 12V.
