MAX4993ELB+T Overview
Due to its 10-WFDFN packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:2. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. DPDT switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. 1 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. Search with MAX4993 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. This digital multiplexer has 500mOhm internal resistance. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 5.5V to the switch device in normal circumstances. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 1.8V. This analog switch requires a voltage of 1.8V~5.5V to drain from a single voltage supply. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 8.5mA, damage can occur. It can operate from 5V operating voltages.
