With a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.75V~18.75V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 50kHz~300kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, On Time Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
