MAX5020ESA-T Overview
With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 13V~36V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 275kHz.
