MAX5020ESA-T Overview


With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 13V~36V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 275kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL.
