MAX5069DAUE Overview


As a result of 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 10.8V~24V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 25kHz~1.25MHz position. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control.
