This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 10.8V~30V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 20kHz~1MHz with this switching controller.
