MAX5097AATE+ Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-WQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjustable (Fixed) outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 330kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.24V 3.3V volts. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 14V for the purposes of operation.
