There are 8 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC power includes SOT-23 functions for your convenience. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. A supply voltage of 3 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts IC management.
