Tape & Reel (TR)-packaged. There is a package called 100-LQFP. This device can be used as a 3 Phase meter. This product is available in Surface Mount. For logic gate applications, this is a 100 solution. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible. Several ZON? series models have this feature included in them. In this device, frequencies up to 10MHz are possible. The PMIC in this case has a memory size 256kB embedded in it. As far as memory management is concerned, the PMIC uses FLASH memory.
