MAX738AEWE+ Overview


This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 160kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 6V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage.
