It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 48-WFBGA, WLP package is available for this voltage regulator. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it.
