MAX78615+PPM/A03 Overview
I have packed this in Tube. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package can be found here. It can also be used as a 3 Phase meter. We have it in Surface Mount. There is a higher operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. It operates using 3V~3.6V power supply. It has a voltage of 0.8V for its low-level I/O ports in this PMIC. There is a voltage value of 2V on this device as it is designed for high-level I/Os. It includes 24 terminations. There is a normal voltage requirement for the part of 3.3V. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible. If you wish to keep the PMIC working normally, it is recommended that you set the supply current to 8.1mA instead of A.
