MAX850ISA+ Overview


As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable (Fixed) outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -25°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 100kHz switching frequencies. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -1.28V -4.1V. Featuring a 5mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
