It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad .For ease of adaptability, Surface Mount is an universal mounting method.At Processor and other applications, this power management is targeted.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic -40°C~85°C will prevent malfunctions.It works with 2.6V~6V voltage.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching MAX8661 .Power managment ics have 40 pins.There is a Surface Mount for mounting on a PCB or other board.It is not recommended to exceed 85°C in temperature.Temperatures below -40°C are not suitable for the ic power supply.
