It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Programmable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 250kHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 3.3V 5V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 23mA. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible.
