Ready for shipping the power management in Tape & Reel (TR) package.For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 12-WQFN Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method facilitates easy adaptation.The power management is designed for use with applications at Handheld/Mobile Devices .It is recommended that you set the operating temperature of the power management ic to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions.2.5V~5.5V voltage is used for the operation of this power management.Alternatively, you may search for MAX8890 to find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions for your specific needs.The power management is equipped with 12 terminals.There are 12 pins for the ics supply to use.A 180μA supply current should be used to supply the power ic.The ic power supply supports 3 outputs.
