Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tube. QFN contains this Clock PLL. There are a total of 20 terminations in this file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. PECL is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. There are 20 pins that are available on the clock PLL. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 85°C. The RF synthesizer features NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -3V TO -5.5V for improved clock signal output. This digital clock generator is configured with 4 high true output enable pins. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 5.5V is not acceptable. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3V. A supply current of 95mA needs to be provided to fully play RF synthesizer's function. Data input is combined with logic clock function Clock to create this RF synthesizer.
