Logical driver uses a neat SOIC package. All of the 2 elements are put into use. 16 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. This logical driver is a member of the 4000/14000/40000 family. 16 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE LOW control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 6nA. It is recommended to use a 5/15V power supply. It is generally sold in TAPE AND REEL package. 6 bits are included within the electrical component. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 14.1mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct 25mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 3V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 18V. Wireless transceiver is able to output 3 lines. Because of its 6 lines level input capability, buffer IC is more cost-effective on transimitting signals. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC.
