A 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is included. In this package, there is also the Tape & Reel (TR) package that is included. As well as the Surface Mount version, it is available. It has full functional Single-Ended output. It uses NAND/NOR Inverter Gate logic communication type. At -55°C~125°C, we have extended the operating temperature. It contains inputs for the 8 Input (1, 1, 2, 2, 1, 1) axis. The 4000B series includes this, so it belongs there. A 3V~18V power supply is used to operate the device.
