Tray is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 28-VQFN Exposed Pad package.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 3.3V~5V.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.-40°C~125°C TJ can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.Among full bridges specific characteristics are Charge Pump, Slew Rate Controlled, Status Flag.This is the maximum amount of current that can reach 16A.
