MC34063EBD-TR Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 100kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.25V.
