MC34067DWR2 Overview
It comes in a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 8.6V~20V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 2.05MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
