Ready for shipping the power management in Tray package.For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is an universal mounting way for easy adapting.It is intended to be used at Processor as well as for other applications.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic -40°C~105°C will prevent malfunctions.The power management operates at a voltage of 2.8V~5.5V volts.The power managment ic has 48 terminals.As a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog IC, the instruments designs has received lots of praise.When powered by 3.6V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.A minimum of 2.8V is required for the ic supplies to start.For the output quality to be maintained, 10 channels work together.You are not supposed to feed the power supply ic with voltage higher than 4.5V .The IC speciallizes itself in certain areas along with OTHER SUPPLY VOLTAGE=3.7 V TO 5.5 V .
