The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in BGA. Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured. CPUs operate at 25MHz Hz. For information about 357 pins, please refer to the datasheet. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 70°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor.
