Since the microprocessor is packed in BGA, shipping overseas is convenient. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. A MICROPROCESSOR, RISC represents the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. In total, there are 256 terminations. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1.9V voltage supply.
