MCP1602T-150I/MF Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2MHz. Input voltage 2.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 500mA output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 3.6V.
